FRANMAX - implementation and development of IT solutions for MAXIMA GRUPĖ managed retail chains in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria and Poland. Our team consists of more than 100 IT professionals. These people are our greatest strength!

  • We take care of business from A to Z, starting from infrastructure solutions to IT business solutions;
  • We have the opportunity to be the first to apply the most advanced IT solutions in daily operations;
  • In 2024, FRANMAX is implementing 10 innovative system implementation projects, completed the launch of two systems, providing a significant boost to the digital transformation of MAXIMA GRUPĖ;

JOB OFFERS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives (business + system implementation)
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and delivery quality
  • Coordinate cross-functional IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Ensure clear governance, decision-making, and progress tracking
  • Support business teams in preparing for and adopting new processes or systems

 

Core Competencies:

  • Proven project management experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure in complex environments
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with POS systems implementation or transformation
  • Experience in the retail industry
  • Understanding of change management principles (organizational, process, behavioral change)
