We’re looking for Security Engineer to join the FRANMAX team. Someone who understands technology, not just security tools. 

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in infrastructure, cloud, networking, Linux or DevOps who wants to deepen their cybersecurity expertise.

You do not need to know our security tools today. We can teach you Cortex XDR, Security Onion, OpenSearch and our security processes. What matters most is your technical mindset, troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn.

We are looking for a colleague who ideally has:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD and identity management concepts
• Experience with security monitoring tools (SIEM, XDR, log management, vulnerability scanners)
• Understanding of network security principles, firewalls, VPNs, and secure access controls
• Practical experience with security configuration, conditional access, and MFA in Microsoft 365/Azure environments

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering and monitoring security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments (e.g., SIEM, XDR, Vulnerability scanners, IAM).
• Monitoring and analyzing security alerts, investigating security incidents, escalating and collaborating with incident response teams when required.
• Perform security assessments, analysis and support remediation activities.
• Assisting infrastructure and application teams in the development, implementation and enforcement of security controls to comply with security policies, standards and procedures.
• Identifying opportunities to improve security automation, monitoring and reporting.
• Manage security awareness and training initiatives to strengthen the company’s overall security posture.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Solution Architect to join our SAP team. In this role, you will shape the future of supply chain solutions across multiple countries, working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to design scalable, reliable, and innovative SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and seamless integration across Finance, Master Data, Replenishment, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management and other related business domains.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive architecture decisions throughout project or change request lifecycles, from business analysis to implementation and post-go-live support.
• Ensure solution quality, maintainability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Mentor functional consultants on SAP standard solutions and best practices.
• Evaluate new SAP capabilities and innovations, recommending improvements that create business value.
• Participate in roadmap planning, solution governance, and architecture reviews.

Core Competencies

• 5+ years of experience working with SAP Supply Chain solutions in Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain processes, including one or more of:

SAP MM (Materials Management)

SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

SAP LE (Logistics Execution)

SAP EWM or WM (Warehouse Management)

SAP TM (Transportation Management)

• Experience designing end-to-end business processes and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies and interfaces with non-SAP systems.
• Experience delivering international or multi-country SAP implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance business needs with technical and architectural considerations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Experience in retail, e-commerce or logistics industries.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP Integration Suite, CPI or API-based integrations.
• SAP certifications in S/4HANA, Retail, or Supply Chain.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and improvement of supply chain solutions across multiple countries, working closely with business stakeholders, product teams and technology partners to understand business needs and support effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical SAP Supply Chain solutions.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain processes across areas such as Finance, Master Data, Replenishment, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management and other related business domains.
• Support solution decisions throughout project and change request lifecycles, from business analysis through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Help ensure solutions are maintainable, secure, compliant, and aligned with agreed enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Share SAP knowledge and best practices with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Keep up to date with relevant SAP capabilities and innovations and help identify opportunities where they could bring business value.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, solution discussions, and architecture or design reviews where relevant.

Core Competencies

• 3+ years of experience working with SAP Supply Chain solutions. Ideally in a Functional Consultant, Senior Consultant or similar role.
• Good knowledge of SAP Supply Chain processes, with experience in one or more of the following: SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP LE (Logistics Execution)
• Experience working with business processes and SAP integrations.
• Have completed at least one E2E implementation
• Good understanding of SAP integration technologies and interfaces with non-SAP systems.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, rollouts or transformation projects; international or multi-country experience is an advantage.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and work collaboratively with both business and technical teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects or transformations.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and/or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
