FRANMAX - implementation and development of IT solutions for MAXIMA GRUPĖ managed retail chains in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria and Poland. Our team consists of more than 100 IT professionals. These people are our greatest strength!

JOB OFFERS

You:

  • Have 3+ years of hands-on SAP TM experience as a functional consultant
  • Have strong knowledge of end-to-end transportation processes (order to settlement)
  • Are clear in communication and strong team player
  • Have eagerness to learn and support logistics digital transformation
  • Have solid analytical and problem-solving skills to align business needs with technical solutions

You will:

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions for shipper scenario, focusing on Outbound flows.
  • Gather business requirements and plan project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize transport processes.
  • Create and maintain functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.
  • Support testing, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
  • Drive process improvements and share best practices.

It's an advantage if You have:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA embedded TM
  • Knowledge of integration with EWM, SD, MM, or external TMS/telematics systems
  • Understanding of freight costing, carrier collaboration, and analytics/reporting tools
  • Previous consulting experience or involvement in international rollouts

For this position we offer gross salary starting at 4300 EUR depending on the level of experience
