Whistleblowing

If you have information about a planned, ongoing, or completed violation related to FRANMAX, UAB, we encourage you to report it via the internal whistleblowing channel at  pranesk@franmax.eu.

Violations we encourage you to report include:

• Corrupt activities such as bribery, influence peddling, fraud, deception, conflicts of interest, violations of the Corruption Prevention Policy, and similar;
• Conduct by FRANMAX, UAB employees that violates legal requirements, the Code of Business Ethics, and/or the Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy, such as discrimination, sexual harassment, psychological violence, or other inappropriate behaviour;
• Occupational safety and health violations, including breaches of workplace safety, fire safety, and similar regulations;
• Misconduct by business partners that violates the Supplier Code of Conduct, such as fraud, abuse of power, failure to meet contractual obligations, etc.;
• Non-compliance cases, such as breaches of personal data protection, anti-competitive behaviour, violations of physical security or confidential information handling, and any other behaviour that may breach legal requirements;
• Any other violations specified in Article 3(2) of the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers of the Republic of Lithuania.

The information you provide may help FRANMAX, UAB make timely decisions to reduce potential harm to employees, other individuals, or the company itself. We greatly appreciate your support in maintaining an honest and responsible business environment.

If you are submitting a report under the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers of the Republic of Lithuania and wish to obtain whistleblower status, you must provide all required information and clearly express your request for whistleblower status, which can only be granted by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Lithuania.
